Mavericks are currently reading this year’s Lone Star Reading List. All books are available at Jobe Library. Students have the opportunity to exchange a book review for a lone star at Jobe Library. Ten stars will get them into in this year’s Reading (and popcorn) Social.

Welcome Back Mavericks!
Today marks the third year that our school library opened its doors to students and teachers at Linda Jobe Middle School. And it's going to be another successful year for our readers!
-Our library received 6 additional student computers!
-The MISD Education Foundation awarded the library two grants to purchase additional library books!
-New Gale Databases will be available to students and teachers this school year!
-Our teachers are eager to use the new ActivInspire tools!
-The library hours are 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Interesting facts about our library:
-Our growing collection consists of over 4,000 holdings! It includes print books, eBooks, audio books, videos, magazines, databases and they may be access on campus and off campus!-Our library received 6 additional student computers!
